About the Venue
Opened in 2018 on the grounds of the former Coliseo El Campín, the Movistar Arena has become the leading concert venue in Bogotá and one of the most recognized in Latin America. Ranked number one in the world by Pollstar in its category for three consecutive years, the arena hosts over 170 events annually across pop, rock, urban, electronic and family formats.
With a capacity of 14,000, the arena offers general standing, seated sections and VIP options including private suites for up to 23 people, the American Express Lounge at door 2, and The Boom Box Lounge by Hennessy at door 8. Whatever your budget, the experience inside is the same — one of the best live music venues in the world.

How to get there

Where to eat nearby
The Galerías neighborhood, a short walk from the arena, has the highest concentration of restaurants in the area. Good options for a pre-concert meal include Meraki Sushi & Wok on Calle 53, Twister Pizza with all-you-can-eat options under a kilometer from the entrance, and several Colombian food spots along Carrera 24. For something more relaxed after the show, the bars and restaurants on the Galerías strip stay open late on concert nights.
Where to stay nearby
The closest neighborhoods for accommodation are Teusaquillo and Galerías, both within walking distance of the arena. St. Louis Suites is two blocks from the Movistar Arena and consistently recommended by concert-goers. For more options, Chapinero and the Zona Rosa are 10 to 15 minutes away by car and offer a wider range of hotels, boutique stays and short-term rentals.
About Teusaquillo
Teusaquillo is one of Bogotá's most livable neighborhoods — republican architecture, quiet streets and a pace that feels removed from the busier parts of the city. Built in the 1930s and 40s as a residential district for Bogotá's middle class, it still retains much of its original character. The arena sits at its edge, next to El Campín stadium, making this corner of the city one of the main entertainment hubs in the capital.
